How many examinees took the GMAT exam in the past five years? What was the average score?
The Graduate Management Admission Council collects demographic information on all GMAT test takers. This information is published in the Profile of GMAT Candidates Five-Year Summary along with GMAT Total score means and total number of tests taken.

In the data presented, individual examinees are represented as many times as they took the GMAT test within the period.
GMAC research has found that approximately 21% of GMAT tests taken each year are taken by repeat testers.
